Kismayo (HOL) - Jubaland's regional government has lent its support to Prime Minister Roble in his decision to suspend Fahad Yasin, the Director-General of Somalia's National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).
newsisideIn a statement from Jubaland's Office of the President, Jubalad said that it supported the PM's efforts to ensure justice for Ikran Tahlil and backed the decision to replace Fahad Yasin with Lt. Gen Bashir Mohamed Jama.
It added that PM Roble has the authority to suspend Fahad Yasin since he has stewardship over security and the electoral process.
Jubaland also accuses the President of intentionally derailing the PM's effort to bring justice to Ikran's family.
