Garowe (HOL) - The police command of Puntland's Nugaal region announced on Monday that they had apprehended the man responsible for fatally stabbing a young girl in Garowe several days ago.
Happy Mohamed Omar was brutally killed with a knife, and her body was discovered in a street in the capital city of Puntland. Security forces detained 13 suspects, primarily women who resided with the deceased.
During a press conference, Deputy Commander
of the Nugaal police command, Mohamud Fardaful, confirmed that a man named Beder Hassan
Abdiwahid was identified as the perpetrator of the girl's murder.The deputy commander added that the accused confessed to the crime upon presenting various pieces of evidence.
